Submissions
Each artist may submit up to 4 images. Payment will be $40 for the first submission and $20 for each additional submission. Submit images online to Merith Cosden. You will receive an invoice from GVAA for payment.
All art must be for sale. Artists receive 60% of sale; 40% to Tennis Club
** If you applying for membership, please submit 2 pieces of art. You will receive an invoice for $40. After the juror reviews your pieces you will be notified about membership**
To submit, send a jpg image of the art (with frame) to: [email protected]
Label all images with title-medium-size
File size: 5MB or smaller
Resolution: 95-300 dpi
No nudity

Size: Up to 20” wide by 40” long maximum including frame
In the email text, include the following:
Artist name
Title of piece
Medium
Price
Size (with frame)
Notification. Artist will be notified by June 11 if their art has been selected
If selected, you will receive a Contract via email. Please fill out and bring to the ingathering.
