(Please note—this show is open to GVAA members and potential members. Potential members should submit two pieces and will be notified if they are juried as members and will have a piece in the exhibit.

Fee of $40 for 1 submission and $25 for a second submission ($65 for two).

Label all images with last name and title
In the email text, include the following:
Each artist may submit 1 or 2 images showing the frame. After submitting images online to Merith Cosden you will receive an invoice from GVAA for payment. Payment ensures your art is entered in the group to be juried.
Artists will be notified by February 9 if their art has been selected.
If your piece is selected you will receive a Tennis Club contract via email. Please fill out and attach to your painting when you bring it to the Ingathering March 5.

Presentation is extremely important. You must submit two pieces on canvas or two pieces framed under glass so continuity is obvious. The juror will be looking for consistency.

You will then receive an invoice from GVAA for payment of $20. Payment ensures your art is entered in the show to be juried.
Artists will be notified by February 9 if their art has been selected. If your art is accepted, you will be invoiced $45 for your new GVAA membership for one year.

Must have standard wiring system. Framed with neutral colors, no metallic frames.
Commission:
Artists receive 60% of sale; 40% to Tennis Club.

- Artwork must be your original work, not copied from another painting nor enhanced in any way by an instructor or other person.
- Artwork must be sturdily framed and wired for hanging. Clips for hanging are not acceptable. Mats, glass and frames must be clean and appropriate for display.
- All artwork on paper must be covered by glass or Plexiglas. Shrink-wrap is not acceptable.
- Artwork content must be appropriate for hanging in a public facility.
- Craftwork, jewelry, stitchery, weaving, stained glass and sculpture are not accepted because these works cannot be displayed securely in our venues.
- If both of your artworks are accepted by the Juror for the show, the artist may become a member of the GVAA upon payment of dues. Membership will remain in effect for the balance of the year. Only one piece will be displayed.
- If not accepted, please try again as there is a different juror every month. You are encouraged to try again.
